MINI COOPER

The 2009 MINI Cooper remains primarily unchanged, having been redesigned just two years ago. However, there have been a number of upgrades for the new year, including the availability of Dynamic Traction Control (DTC). The Cooper continues to be availble as a base model with a 118-horsepower 1.6-liter engine or Cooper S with a 172-horsepower turbocharged 1.6-liter engine teamed with a 6-speed Getrag transmission. The John Cooper Works edition boosts power to 208 horsepower with a performance suspension, sport seats, chrome tailpipes and exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels. Currently available only as a hard top, the revised convertible is expected to debut later this year. MINI Cooper
